Procedure Code Override

 
This page is used to create overrides for specific outpatient (CPT4, HCPCS) procedure codes.
 
An override is used to force procedure codes with optional revenue codes to be listed as hard codes or soft codes. This can differ from how they are listed in TruCode.

Enter the procedure code you wish to override here.

Revenue Code

2. Revenue Code
Add an optional revenue code. If this field is set, only a complete match of PRX code & revenue code will trigger the override.

Override Type

3. Override Type
Select whether the code is to be overridden as a hard code or a soft code.

Save Button

4. Save Button
Save the override to the database.

Delete Link

5. Delete Link
Delete the selected override code. This does not retroactively change any previously overridden PRX codes.
