The comments editor is an feature-rich text control the auditor can use to give detailed reasons for the choices made during the audit. All comments are stored to the database and are available and visible during the entire chart life-cycle.
Text can be manually entered here or copy-pasted. The comments window supports text modifications such as bolding and italics, as well as bulleted and numbered lists and indenting.
Clicking this saves the comments to the database. These comments can later be edited or removed. Further, the comments added during audit are visible through QC, into Client Review, to Manager Review, and finally to Completion.
Clicking this will prompt the auditor to save any comments that may have been added. If the auditor selects "No", comments are removed and nothing is saved.
