Manager Review of Client Response


On this page, the manager is able to review the client responses and determine if the responses are correct and if the requested change should be rolled back.
 
The manager is able to see all declined changes in a popup window and choose the reason to accept the change if necessary. Any notes the client may have added to the encounter are shown at the top of the page. Further, the manager is able to add her own responses to the encounter if further documentation is warranted.

This list shows all declined change that the client made. If the manager agrees with a change, she can choose the Reason they are accepting the change here. Clicking the Accept button will roll the change back and recalculate the encounter DRG and Reimbursement amount.
 
Once this is done, the manager will need to click the Complete button on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to commit everything to the database.

Each declined change will be highlighted in red. Once a change is accepted, the line item will be highlighted in green.
