Set the workpool type using this dropdown. The available options are "Audit", "Pre-bill", and "Coding Support". Audit workpools are the default, standard workpool type. They will show up in reports.
Pre-bill workpools have not been implemented yet.
Coding Support workpools are used for creating encounters in the system that will then be moved to audit workpools. These workpools do not show up in reports.
Select whether ICD-9 or ICD-10 code sets are the default diagnosis code set for the workpool. This affects what book TruCode searches when adding new diagnoses.
Select whether ICD-9, ICD-10 , HCPCS, or CPTcode sets are the default procedure code set for the workpool. This affects what book TruCode searches when adding new procedures.
Several different report type categories are available in the dropdown. Eventually, reports on specific types such as Generic Inpatient, OP - ED, etc. will be available in the Reporting section. Until then, this feature has no effect.
Some reports are Month/Year filterable. The month and year filters are taken from this setting. A workpool with a reporting date of 02/2016 will only show up on reports that are specifically run for all of 2016 or specifically for February of 2016.
Check this option to set the report date month to Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4 based on the selected reporting date. These quarter options are not month encompassing; i.e., a report date month of January is not included in the report filter "Q1" and vice versa.
