Service Admin: The service administrator is able to create and configure clients and facilities under the service provider. They have all administrative rights to configure and control this service provider. Create a service administrator in order to delegate control of these administrative responsibilities.
Service Manager: The service manager is able to configure clients and facilities under the service provider, but cannot create new ones. They have permissions to route and assign work to CDIS, coders, and auditors. Create a service manager in order to delegate control of daily operational responsibilities.
Auditor, Coder, etc.: User accounts for the CDIS, coders, and auditors that will perform the daily operational tasks for the service provider.
